By accessing or using BuilderBase ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

BuilderBase provides a contractor management platform including dashboard analytics, AI-powered tools, proposal management, review tracking, and marketing features for construction and contracting businesses.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You may not share your account credentials with others

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit malware or other harmful code
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BuilderBase and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

BuilderBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
